Students in the Basic Course learn the proper use and care of tools and preparation of Fruits & Vegetables in 3 Days.

Intermediate students learn complex flower designs in squash, radish, carrot, and beet. This level also introduces 6 centerpiece melon carving techniques, as well as 2 serving vessel types,

Advanced students learn larger and more complex serving vessel, dragon, fish and bird designs, building upon the patterns learned in the previous courses.

This intensive 60-hour training moves the serious carving student from Basic through Advanced carving techniques in just 9 days. We recommend allowing at least 12 days for your Thailand trip and the course, as many visitors might want to take time to sightsee and relax. Optionally if you want to take a 1-day break in between any of the courses, we can accommodate your needs.
