Learn the basics of Thai Fruit & Vegetable Carving with Master Carver, Wan Hertz. Come to our private penthouse studio overlooking the beautiful city of Bangkok. You will create beautiful flowers from everyday tomatoes, delicate leaves from ordinary cucumbers, and other exotic plates garnishes, watch them emerge as you learn the ancient Thai Fruit & Vegetable Carving Tradition.
- Classes are for ages 16+.
- Classes are taught 7 days a week between 9:00 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 15:30Â

Meeting Point
Siam Carving Academy is only a 5-minute walk from the Sutthisan MRT subway station. Take exit 2 turn right and walk to 1st street, and turn left 100 meters to Soi Rung Ruang, turn left then walk to the end of the street and make a right turn by Family Mart for 20 meters, and immediate left. Walk 500 meters past the Seven Eleven and you will see P.D. Mansion on the same side.
