Yes, just let us know in advance so that we can get the right fruit or vegetable and have it ready for you.

Yes we can provide this for you if you give us enough advance notice. Usually 24 hour notice is enough. Please call or email us to be sure.
My English is not very good and wanted to know if this is a problem.
No, We have had many students that cannot speak English and it was never a problem.
What is the minimum age required for classes.
16 years old.
When must I pay for classes?
At least 24 hours before classes start if possible.
What is the best way to come to the school?
If you are starting at 9:00 we suggest taking the MRT subway during the week because of rush hour traffic during the week.
Can I purchase carving knives?
Yes, we can supply you with knives at special discounted prices.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted in the building.
Are face masks required during classes?

Yes, We have free high speed internet access.
Can I get a group discount?
Yes, Please let us know how many people in your group.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, You can smoke on our terrace.
What is your refund policy?
You will get refund with 24 hour notice before classes begin.
I want to get some sample carving lessons before enrolling in the online course. Is this possible?
Yes, we give 2 sample lessons to try it out when you sign up.
Why is it only $160 for the 1 day course and more expensive when I enroll in the 3 day courses?
Our 3 day courses include our professional handcrafted carving knife, and there are more things to learn such as serving vessels, display centerpieces, and you also receive a certificate upon completion.
I have no experience carving and I am a total beginner. Is this okay?
Yes, the larger majority of people starting have no experience.
Can I take videos during the class?
Short videos are allowed and we encourage students to get our online video course so they don't forget anything they have learned. We also give special discounted rates to all our hands-on students.
Can I get private carving lessons?

Are snacks and beverages available during class?
Yes
Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
No, everything you need is provide by us.
