Course Details
This intensive 60-hour training moves the serious carving student from Basic through Advanced carving techniques in just 9 days. We recommend allowing at least 12 days for your Thailand trip and the course, as many visitors might want to take time to sightsee and relax. Optionally if you want to take a 1-day break in between any of the courses, we can accommodate your needs.
THIS TYPE OF TRAINING IS SIMPLY UNAVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE.
Chefs, Carving Instructors, and serious hobbyists have come from all over the world to complete all three of our courses with hands-on instruction from Master Carver Wan Hertz.
A certificate is issued upon completion of the course and is eligible for 60 Continuing Education Hour credits from the American Culinary Federation.
COMPLEMENTARY Lunch and Refreshments are included each day.
BANANA LEAF FOLDING AND SOAP CARVING ARE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
A guided tour of world-famous Or Tor Kor Market is also included. Learn about native Thai Fruits & Vegetables and immerse yourself in an unforgettable Thai experience.
Class Timing:
Class timing is 9am to 4pm every day.

- A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates on our calendar. Dates are flexible, but please choose a tentative start date when you enroll.

Meeting Point
Siam Carving Academy is only a 5-minute walk from the Sutthisan MRT subway station. Take exit 2 turn right and walk to 1st street, and turn left 100 meters to Soi Rung Ruang, turn left then walk to the end of the street and make a right turn by Family Mart for 20 meters, and immediate left. Walk 500 meters past the Seven Eleven and you will see P.D. Mansion on the same side.
