# Siam Carving Academy

> Siam Carving Academy is a family-run school for the Thai art of fruit and vegetable carving (Kae Sa Lak) in Bangkok, Thailand. Master carver Laong (Wan) Hertz and her team teach hands-on classes and professional certificate courses in a private penthouse studio near Sutthisan MRT. All bookings are direct with the school at transparent USD pricing.

## What we offer

- **Day classes**: Half Day Thai Fruit & Vegetable Carving Class (3 hours, $85) and Full Day Class (6 hours, $160, Thai lunch included).
- **Private classes**: Private Full Day Carving Class for couples, families and corporate teams up to 20 guests ($199 per guest).
- **Professional certificate courses**: Basic 3 Day ($699), Intermediate 3 Day ($749) and Advanced 3 Day ($799), each with 2 free hotel nights and a certificate eligible for 20 ACF Continuing Education Hours.
- **Complete Professional Thai Master Carver Series**: 9 days, 60 hours of training, 6 free hotel nights, guided Or Tor Kor market tour ($1999).
- **Included in every class**: all tools and ingredients, a free handcrafted Thai carving knife, unlimited snacks and beverages.
